1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Menodiary ("the Service") at menodiary.com, you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Now (AUST) Pty Ltd, ABN 59 111 630 963, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Menodiary is a digital health diary for tracking menopause symptoms, logging episodes, accessing educational content, generating health reports, and community support. Menodiary is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm this and that your information is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

• Free: Basic symptom tracking, 7-day history, breathing exercises, basic content, episode logging with safety alerts.
• Plus Monthly: USD $14.99/month. Full history, unlimited GP reports, partner linking, Pattern Spotter, full content, community, priority support.
• Plus Annual: USD $119.00/year (equivalent to $9.95/month).
• GP Health Report (one-off): USD $29.97 per report for Free-tier users.

Payments processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime (effective end of billing period). No partial refunds. GST included where applicable.

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Not medical advice. The MRS (Menopause Rating Scale) is a validated self-assessment tool but is not a substitute for clinical evaluation. Red flag alerts are informational, not diagnoses. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (000 AU, 911 US, 999 UK, 112 EU).

7. User Content & Community

You own your content. By posting to the forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service. Do not post illegal, abusive, or misleading medical content. We may remove content and restrict access for violations.

8. Partner Linking

You control what data your partner sees. We are not responsible for how they use shared information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Now (AUST) Pty Ltd. Do not copy or distribute without permission. Medical citations are attributed to their authors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now (AUST) Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

For EU users: Nothing here affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
